Website Privacy Notice
Updated: 5 October 2026
This notice explains how Aurexia Capital handles information when you use this website or contact our team. For UK property enquiries and Meta lead forms, also read our UK enquiry privacy notice. For the dedicated USA consultation form, read our USA enquiry privacy notice.
Who is responsible?
AUREXIA CAPITAL REAL ESTATE L.L.C, trading as Aurexia Capital, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the information described here. Trade licence: 1619195. Registered address: Office 116, Al Muhaisnah, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Privacy contact: contact@aurexiacapital.com.
Information you provide
Depending on the form, we receive your name, contact details, country or city, preferred contact method, property objectives, budget, timing and message. Career or partnership enquiries may include a professional profile or CV link, company details and information about a proposed project or collaboration. We record the enquiry date, source and relevant follow-up. Please do not include identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information in initial website enquiries.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to the request you submit, provide relevant property information, arrange a conversation, consider your career or partnership enquiry and manage related follow-up. Where applicable, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering requested enquiries and administering our services. Separate promotional communications and optional tracking rely on the consent required by applicable law. An enquiry does not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter. You can ask us to stop contacting you.
Website operation and cookies
The website is hosted with Hostinger. Technical information needed to deliver and protect the site may be processed by the hosting service. The website stores your optional cookie choice for 180 days. You can change it using Cookie settings.
With your optional consent, Google Analytics measures page visits, clicks on phone and email links, and successful enquiries from the Home, Contact and UK forms. Contact clicks are counted separately from completed enquiries. These events do not include the clicked phone number or email address, or the form’s name, email, phone or message. The Meta tracking described in the cookie panel measures UK campaign page views and enquiries when marketing cookies are accepted. Analytics cookies expire after 180 days and Meta cookies may last up to 90 days. Rejecting optional cookies keeps the site and enquiry forms accessible.
Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and external project websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Please review those policies before providing information there. Google privacy · Meta privacy.
Who can access enquiries?
Authorised Aurexia Capital team members handle your request. Website enquiries may be stored in WordPress and, for connected property enquiry workflows, in monday.com. Hosting, CRM and communication providers process information needed for their services. We do not sell enquiry lists. Any proposed sharing with a developer or another professional to progress your project will be explained to you; submitting an initial enquiry does not authorise unrestricted sharing.
International processing
Aurexia Capital operates from Dubai and uses international service providers. Your information may therefore be handled outside your country, including outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Applicable data-protection requirements apply to this handling. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Retention
For property enquiries that do not become an ongoing client relationship, our published enquiry policy provides for retention up to six months after the last meaningful exchange, followed by deletion or anonymisation. Client records, career and partnership enquiries, and technical records are retained as needed for their purpose and applicable obligations; contact us for the retention arrangements relevant to your request. A minimal record of a request not to be contacted may be kept to respect that request. Records required for a legal obligation or dispute may be retained for the necessary period.
Your choices and rights
You can request correction of your information or ask us to stop follow-up at contact@aurexiacapital.com. Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may have rights of access, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the relevant data-protection authority; UK enquiries may be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Forms and automation
Submitting a form is voluntary. Required fields are identified so that we can respond. Enquiry workflows may use automation to record or assign a request. This workflow does not decide your eligibility to buy property, obtain finance or receive a visa. We update this notice when the website’s handling of information changes.
