Aurexia Capital is the trading name of Aurexia Capital Real Estate LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This entity is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

What this notice covers

This notice covers property enquiries submitted through Aurexia Capital's website, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and our subsequent handling of those enquiries. Meta's own handling of information on its platforms is governed by Meta's privacy notices.

This notice is specific to property enquiries and does not describe all cookies or other processing that may take place across the Aurexia Capital website.

Information we receive

We may receive the name, email address and telephone number you submit, together with your purchase purpose, preferred time to be contacted and any message you choose to provide. We also record the enquiry date, originating form and campaign, and notes of our conversations and follow-up.

The information comes from your submitted form and subsequent communications with us. Where you use a Meta lead form, Meta may prefill information for you to review before submission.

Please do not include identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.

Why we use it

We use your information to provide the requested brochure and property details, answer your questions, discuss availability and arrange a conversation or follow-up. We record the progress of your enquiry so our team can follow up consistently and assess the campaign's results.

For this requested enquiry service and proportionate internal administration, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask about our services and managing those requests.

Submitting a property enquiry does not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter. We will seek any separate consent required before sending additional promotional communications beyond your request. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Who receives it?

Your enquiry is handled by authorised Aurexia Capital team members. We use monday.com as our customer relationship management service and Meta's lead-form tools when you submit an enquiry through Facebook or Instagram. Relevant communication providers process messages when we respond to you.

We do not sell enquiry lists. We will explain any proposed onward sharing with a property developer or another professional when progressing your project; this initial enquiry does not authorise unrestricted distribution of your details.

International handling

Aurexia Capital Real Estate LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for handling your enquiry. Your information may be accessed by authorised Aurexia Capital team members and may also be processed by service providers used to manage enquiries and communications, including monday.com and Meta where applicable.

Because Aurexia Capital operates from Dubai and uses international service providers, your personal information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where applicable, Aurexia Capital will handle such transfers in accordance with relevant data-protection requirements.

How long we keep it

For enquiries that do not become an ongoing client relationship, we retain the enquiry record for up to six months after our last meaningful exchange, then delete or anonymise it.

If you become a client, we will explain the relevant client-record retention arrangements. Records needed for a specific legal obligation or dispute may be retained for the necessary period.

We may keep a minimal record of a request not to be contacted so that we can respect it.

Your choices and rights

You can object to direct marketing at any time. Contact us at contact@aurexiacapital.com or tell the team member contacting you.

Depending on the applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office through its complaints service. You may also contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Providing information and automated processing

Submitting an enquiry is voluntary. The form identifies required fields; without sufficient contact details we cannot provide the requested personal follow-up. No purchase is required by submitting it.

In this enquiry workflow, automation may assign the enquiry to a team member and record its status. It does not decide your eligibility to buy property, obtain finance or receive a visa.

Changes

We will update this notice when our enquiry-handling practices change and display the revised date. If we propose a materially different use of your information, we will provide the relevant information before doing so.
