Palm Jebel Ali: Construction Progress
Palm Jebel Ali is moving steadily from vision to reality.
Nakheel has now awarded more than AED 13 billion—approximately US$3.54 billion—in construction and infrastructure contracts for the landmark waterfront destination.
Current progress includes:
• 544 villas advancing across Fronds A–F
• 728 villas entering internal and external finishing across Fronds K–P
• Construction progressing across all 12 residential fronds
• First phased handovers scheduled from late 2026 through 2027
Spanning seven islands and 16 fronds, Palm Jebel Ali is planned to offer 120 km of coastline and more than 90 km of beachfront—creating an entirely new waterfront district within Dubai.
For investors, large-scale progress is encouraging, but individual opportunities should still be assessed by location, configuration, entry price, delivery timeline and long-term demand.
Construction milestones, inventory and handover schedules remain subject to change.
