The Yard: Palm Jebel Ali’s Waterfront Community Hub
A new waterfront destination is coming to Palm Jebel Ali.
Scheduled to open in 2027, The Yard will become the island’s first retail and lifestyle hub, bringing approximately 26 concepts across dining, everyday retail, wellness and healthcare.
With open terraces, communal spaces and direct connections to the waterfront promenade, the destination is designed to support around 20,000 residents across the surrounding communities.
Another important step in Palm Jebel Ali’s transformation into a complete waterfront community.
