When you request a consultation, we use the details you provide to respond to your property enquiry and manage related follow-up. Requests are stored in WordPress and transferred to our private monday.com enquiry board. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing list.

This notice covers the Dubai Private Consultation – USA form and our handling of the resulting enquiry. It does not describe all tracking on other website pages or the independent practices of advertising and messaging platforms.
Please do not include passport details, bank or payment information, medical information or other sensitive documents in this form. Required fields are marked on the form; other information is voluntary.
By submitting the form, you ask us to contact you about this consultation using your selected method. Follow-up concerns your request. The checkbox is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing, automated promotional calls or promotional text-message campaigns. Any such use requires its own appropriate permissions.
You can ask us to stop enquiry follow-up or change your preferred method by replying to our representative or emailing the privacy contact above. Where supported, you may also reply STOP to a text message. Carrier or messaging-service charges may apply.
Enquiries are accessible to authorised Aurexia personnel and providers used to deliver the service, including WordPress hosting, email services and monday.com for enquiry management. If you choose WhatsApp or another messaging service, that service also handles messages under its own privacy terms.
We do not sell enquiry lists. Submission is not permission to distribute your contact details freely to developers or other independent professionals. If a proposed introduction requires sharing your details with an independent recipient, we will explain the proposed sharing and obtain any permission required. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.
Our team operates in Dubai. Your information may be accessed or processed in the United Arab Emirates and in countries where our service providers operate. Privacy protections and legal requirements may differ from those in your US state.
Our enquiry-retention policy is to keep non-client enquiries for up to six months after the last meaningful exchange, then delete or anonymise them. Longer retention may be needed for a legal obligation or dispute. If you become a client, transaction-record requirements will be explained separately. A limited do-not-contact record may be retained to respect your choice.
You may contact us to request access to your enquiry details, correction, deletion or cessation of follow-up. Additional rights may apply depending on your state of residence and whether the relevant law applies to our business, including receiving a copy of information, opting out of certain uses or appealing a request decision.
Email contact@aurexiacapital.com with the subject “US privacy request” and explain your request and state of residence. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorised representative’s authority. Applicable legal exceptions may limit a request; we will explain our response and, where required, how to appeal it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights protected by applicable law.
The consultation form uses technical mechanisms for security and reliable submission. Its standalone page does not currently embed analytics or advertising pixels, and it does not track your activity across third-party websites. It does not change its behaviour in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Other Aurexia pages and external advertising platforms may have different cookie and tracking practices.
The WordPress-to-monday.com transfer helps organise enquiries. It does not decide eligibility for property, financing or a visa. Property recommendations and discussions are handled by our team.
