RAK Central Square Hits a Major Milestone
Ras Al Khaimah’s next phase of growth is moving beyond tourism and hospitality.
Major structural works have been completed at RAK Central Square—a 2.27-million-sq-ft Grade A office complex spanning five buildings. The project is targeting a Q4 2026 top-out, with opening planned for Q4 2027.
Why it matters: premium commercial infrastructure can help attract regional and international businesses, supporting RAK’s wider economic diversification and potentially strengthening surrounding residential and hospitality demand.
Infrastructure progress does not guarantee property returns—but it is an important signal informed investors should follow.
